Bahia Hotel & Beach Club - Medano Beach - Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos, Mexico

The Bahía Hotel & Beach Club is located in the Médano Beach district [//LINK TO THAT PAGE//] of Cabo San Lucas, one of México’s top travel destinations. The region at the southernmost tip of the 1,000-mile-long Baja Peninsula is known as Los Cabos and includes Cabo San Lucas, its sister city—the colonial-style San José del Cabo—and the 20-mile Tourist Corridor that connects them.

What was once a sleepy fishing village now attracts more than 1 million visitors each year thanks to excellent beaches, world-class scuba diving and fishing, abundant marine life, luxe accommodations and spas, a healthy blend of five-star restaurants and authentic Mexican holes-in-the-wall, high-end shopping, a vibrant nightlife scene, and an endless supply of thrilling activities.

The Los Cabos region is rich in natural splendor. The arch, or el arco, at Land’s End provides a lovely backdrop—especially come sunset—and marks the point where the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortéz meet. Here, in the shadow of Land’s End, divers and snorkelers explore the colorful sea life and sand falls that were discovered and made famous by Jacques Cousteau, who famously dubbed the Sea of Cortéz the “aquarium of the world.”

Several luxury yachts, catamarans, and fishing charters are docked at the nearby Cabo San Lucas Marina, which is also home to an impressive row of restaurants, bars, and stores. Fishing charters are a common sight here, but never more so than during the annual fishing tournaments that attract anglers from across the world for six-and-seven-digit purses.
